After a successful first session, we will be holding more of the virtual fitness sessions in place of our normal training sessions for the foreseeable future.

It’s a great way to stay motivated and keep the fitness ticking over. Best of all, you can do it anywhere you can get access to the Facebook page. You’ll only need some space for body weight exercises and approx. 1 hour (no equipment needed – Well maybe a yoga mat/ carpet/ cushion is helpful for some of them).
