We’ll train at Ostpark from 18:30 to 20:00

Due to new regulations announced by the state of Hessen, contact sports can begin again with some new guidelines.

For Tuesday and Thursday sessions, we will maintain fitness and basic skills, but we will be adding in team skills training as well. This means running moves, driving, and more contact. If we have the numbers, we can play a game at the end of each session as well (following the guidelines of no more than 10 players).

If you do not feel comfortable playing at this time, we understand. First and foremost, our concern is with safety. We still recommend that you bring your own water bottle, hand sanitizer, and ball.
